Fun fact for Kleftiko:

Kleftiko is a cove, where old pirates used to hide. The name in english means Bandits’ Lair. The name Kleftiko comes mainly from the old days, when the pirates operating in the Aegean used its bays as a base, setting up carts on the unsuspecting ships that passed through the area and looting them. Its natural caves offered safe shelter from the difficult weather conditions that prevailed in the sea area, mainly protecting the ships from the strong winds of the Aegean. You cannot claim to have seen Milos island if you haven’t visited Kleftiko at least once.
